History
1985
The plant is inaugurated with the first whey dryer in Mexico, with a capacity of 750 kg/hour.
2002
Tower B is installed for drying powdered milk with a capacity of 750 kg/hour and 2,000 kg of powdered milk, transforming the way milk and cheese are produced in the region.
2007
Due to the supply of milk in the area, the dryer C
was installed, adding a capacity of 2,000 kgs of powdered milk, for a total of 4,000.
2009
Drying tower D is put into operation, with a capacity of 2,000 kilos in addition to what was already in place.
2011
An anhydrous butterfat plant with a capacity of 80 tons/day is installed.
FSSC 22000 certification is achieved.
2012
Dryer E is enabled for whey,
with a capacity of 850 kilos/hour.
2016
A new drying tower (Tower F) with a capacity of 3,500 kg/hour is put into operation.
2018
The cream cheese plant is inaugurated.
It currently has a capacity of 100 tons per day.
2023
A refrigerated warehouse for cream cheese with a capacity of 1,900 tons is built.
The laboratory is accredited under ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
2024
A plant is being built for
rennet and acid casein with a capacity
of 27 tons/day.
